1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Econo Projects.

2. Quotations and Booking

• Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
• A deposit may be required to secure a project start date.
• The final scope of work will be defined in the formal quotation provided after a site inspection.

3. Payment Terms

Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in the contract or quotation. Final payment is due immediately upon completion of the project, unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.

4. Worksite Access & Site Conditions

The client must provide adequate access to the site for our team and equipment. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen site conditions (e.g., underground pipes, rock formations) not disclosed by the client prior to work commencement.

5. Warranty & Liability

We take pride in our expert craftsmanship. Specific warranties for materials (e.g., electric fencing components) are provided as per the manufacturer's terms. Econo Projects is not liable for structural damage caused by natural disasters, soil shifting, or improper client maintenance after project handover.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Econo Projects and is protected by copyright laws.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
